About Your Coach
This was me, sitting at 315 lbs, I was in the worst place of my life. Always uncomfortable and unhappy with my body and the way I was living. Being that obese limited my ability to be the person I was meant to be. Taking a look at myself, I made the decision to become better. Having strength. Having Drive. Having Purpose. I was going to strive for excellence and be the man I not only wanted, but needed.
My Message
Every goal, no matter how big or small can be achieved through willpower and dedication. I learned these principles and I truly believe so can each and everyone else. My journey started alone and dark. If I can be the light to guide others starting their journeys, that's exactly what I want to be. Fitness can be a scary topic but you don't have to go at it alone. Let me be an example and influence you to be the best you possible!
